Throughout  autumn 2021 carol will be  touring Early Learning Centres throughout Moray with  Give Me back My Drum !  an interactive storytelling session taking children on an imaginative journey using action, rhythm and rhyme to tell traditional tales of the oral tradition from Scotland and other cultures. Drawn form a selection of tales featuring animals and beasties, birds and mythical monsters, these stories connect children to the wild world in a playful way.

Past Events – bringing history to life with oral history and local stories :

 Telling Tales of Archiestown –  Commissioned to  devise  and perform two community plays, one with local  primary school children and one  with a local youth group  to commemorate 250 years of the founding of this Speyside  town.

Women of Moray  – Commission to devise an  oral history Inter-generational  storytelling performance in Rothes, Speyside, which included  primary school children, local volunteers  and elderly care homes in the area.  In conjunction with Ann Oliver as part of the Women of Moray book. (Women of Moray – Susan Bennett et al Luath press 2012)
